Proximity to airport, pleasant pool area, spacious room

The third floor looks run-down with grotty carpets and dirty doors!!! Inconsistent cleaning standards, like dirty glasses and stains, don't reflect a proper Hilton experience!!! Prices for bottled water are absurdly high and should be reconsidered!!!

Enjoyed spacious rooms with friendly staff, especially the breakfast team who tailored meals beautifully. Despite some minor maintenance issues, the overall experience was pleasant. Pro tip, request a room further from the elevators for a quieter stay.

The king room was lovely with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and a tea/coffee maker. Loved the big bathroom with a rainforest showerhead. The outdoor swimming pool was spacious with sun loungers. Breakfast had a nice variety, including fresh pastries and local dishes. Staff were super friendly and helped with everything we needed.

Perfect for a quick airport stay! The pool area had a nice vibe, and I loved the comfy beds. But please update the loungers, they could use a makeover! 🌴

The room was clean, spacious, and had good quality products in the shower. The breakfast was lovely, lots of fresh fruit, and a chef making personalized omelettes, which I really enjoyed every morning.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still felt right for what we got.

I really appreciated how easy it was to stroll to nearby places like Kambang Putih Museum and the Dewa Ruci Statue during my stay. The staff was very courteous and checked me in smoothly.
